Time is precious and the responsibility of a teacher is huge & big. To maximize the utilization of the time as well as the knowledge. Teachers at Shivedale create their own lesson plans. Their planning not only helps them in explaining but also develops interest among students.
The goal of successful learning is to identify the strength and weaknesses of each student and to build on them. Therefore the teacher keeps a detailed record of each child, consisting of Academic & personality progress.
To ensure proper interaction between teachers and parents, there are parents – teachers meetings every 2nd Saturday. Parents can be called by the teacher even on the working days so that they could be made aware of their ward's progress and problems.
